Make a Difference in Our Frederick, MD, Community

Frederick County has businesses that work together. Bowman Plains Mini Storage knows our storage family can help those cute little pets this holiday season. We need your help this season to make our donation goals. We want to help an organization that is making our neighborhood the best it can be. Use the flyer below to see how easy it is to make a difference in Frederick, MD.

Make A Difference

The Frederick County Human Society has their annual Thanksgiving food drive is going until November 30th. If we can help them reach this goal of 2000 pounds of dry cat or dog food and 2000 cans of wet cat food, we can be certain our donations will go to helping pets who need it. The great thing about the Frederick County Humane Society is they are always accepting donations. So, even if we don’t donate by the 30th we will be donating the rest of the holiday season.

Bowman Plains Mini Storage is encouraging all our customers and families to stop by the pet store and pick up a can of food or a bag or even the whole case. Bring as much as you can to help those cute pets that show up at the society’s door. Since the Humane Society is non-profit they keep their doors open with donations and fundraisers from the community. Their mission they follow is “To advocate for animal welfare in the community and provide affordable services, resources and programs to help responsible pet owners keep their pets healthy, happy and in life-long homes.”

As a team, we can make a difference in our community. After the feast has been eaten and the family is relaxing don’t forget about those animals who don’t have a table to snack under or a family that loves them. Bring your canned or dry pet food to the office and sit back and relax knowing you helped your community.
